Ways to Serve

Volunteer

FBLA Professional Member Volunteer is a business professional, educator, alumni, or community leader who donates their time and expertise to support FBLA’s mission of preparing students for careers in business and leadership.

Professional volunteers play a vital role by:

  • Mentoring and coaching student members

  • Serving as judges for competitions and conferences

  • Leading workshops or speaking at events

  • Providing career insight, networking opportunities, and professional guidance

  • Supporting local and state chapter initiatives

Through volunteering, professional members help bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience, empowering students to grow as future business leaders.

Donate

FBLA Professional Member Donor is a dedicated supporter who contributes financial resources or in-kind gifts to strengthen FBLA’s mission of developing future business leaders. By donating, professional members help fund student scholarships, leadership conferences, competitive events, and chapter programs that empower members to gain real-world skills and career readiness.

Their generosity provides opportunities for students to learn, lead, and succeed—ensuring the continued growth of the next generation of business professionals.

Serve on Professional Advisory Board

FBLA Professional Member serving on an Advisory Board provides strategic guidance, professional expertise, and community connections to strengthen the mission of FBLA. Advisory board members help shape the direction of local, state, or national initiatives by:

  • Offering insight on industry trends and workforce needs

  • Advising on program development and student opportunities

  • Supporting partnerships with businesses, schools, and community organizations

  • Mentoring student leaders and providing professional development resources

  • Advocating for FBLA in the community and professional networks

By serving in this role, professional members act as trusted advisors who bridge education and industry, ensuring FBLA programs remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with the skills needed for future business success.
